Best aspects were the cleanliness, great breakfast with a variety of options, friendly staff, and the location close to a bus stop with easy access to the London center. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the fitness center and Starbucks on site.

The staff at the front desk, like Ioana, Fransisco, Neelam, Paulina. Ioana, in particular, stood out as a true manager/supervisor who made the front office welcoming and guest-friendly. The restaurant staff, Eva and Avishek, provided excellent service and made guests feel like family. The cleaning staff were trustworthy and punctual, always responding quickly to requests. The breakfast spread and Starbuck coffee corner were amazing.

Conveniently located close to Heathrow airport rental car returns and a 5-minute walk away. Modern amenities and fittings in the clean, pleasing rooms, including smart TVs. Well-trained and courteous staff that handle packages and shipment requests. A well-crafted selection of hot and cold dishes with pleasant breakfast service. A beautiful view from the designed rooms with a romantic theme.

Staying here was a great decision! This place is perfectly located right next to the airport which made getting to my flight easy and stress-free. The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, providing a welcome drink and assisting me with my bags. The room was immaculate, well equipped with ironing facilities and air conditioning and had a comfortable sitting area. I particularly appreciated the soundproofed rooms which allowed me a good night's sleep before my early flight. In the morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with helpful and friendly staff at the restaurant.

This hotel is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, with nearby shops and a local nightlife scene. The staff provides fantastic service, and the ground floor has great facilities for working and dining. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with large TVs and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast is delicious, and the inclusion of continental breakfast in the price is a bonus. Some rooms even offer views of the airport.

There could be some improvements in cleanliness in the restaurant, as some guests have left dirty cutlery on the tables.

Likes of staying at this hotel during xmas: Perfect location near Terminal 2/3, making it convenient for early flights. Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds and useful amenities like a small fridge and bedside USB ports. Enjoyed the view from the rooftop bar, with no noise disturbances from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff who made sure we knew where to go upon arrival. Good variety of food and drink options in the bar and restaurant areas.

Our vegan breakfast request was well-handled and there were enough options available. Although the room walls were thin, it didn't disturb our sleep. We enjoyed the hotel's aesthetic design and the convenient location near Heathrow airport.
